Web 2.0 sedang marak di mana-mana. Sejak dipromosikan oleh O’Reilly, implementasi gagasan Web 2.0 terus berkembang dengan beragam fungsi, mulai interaksi dalam blogging, social networking, hingga wiki.
Menurut Wikipedia , Web 2.0 adalah: “Web 2.0 refers to a perceived second generation of web-based communities and hosted services — such as social-networking sites, wikis and folksonomies — which aim to facilitate collaboration and sharing between users.”
Jakarta Post:
“The country’s new services include micro-blogging services such as MoodMill and Kronologger (kronologger.com); social networking sites like Fupei (fupei.com), Temanster (temanster.com) and AkuCintaSekolah (akucintasekolah.com); and multimedia-sharing sites like LayarTancap (layartancap.com) and SharingFoto (sharingfoto.com).”
Read/Write Blog :
“A newbie in this crowd, MoodMill is more of a Twitter hybrid than a truly new experience. Still, it’s a bit of fun for the emoticon addicts out there and does well what it is made to do. It’s well-designed and already has a Firefox Extension and Wordpress Plugin to augment the core service. One to watch.”
Mashable Review :
“MoodMill is a new site that lets you post your mood and share it with friends.
The site’s functions are very similar to Twitter, but updates are directly associated with your mood. Indicate how you’re currently feeling on a meter of sorts, which has about four options for how you’re day is going. Type in some descriptive text, and attach a URL if you’d like. Now you can see how others feel, make friends, track their moods (RSS option available) and track your own.”
